Removing the Button Board 1. See "Removing the Upper Cover" on page 54. 2. Detach the button board FFC from the touchpad. 3. Release the touchpad FFC locking latch and disconnect the touchpad FFC from the cover. 4. Remove the two (2) screws securing the TouchPad Bracket to the Upper Cover. 1.

2.
Detach the button board FFC from the touchpad.
3.
Release the touchpad FFC locking latch and disconnect the touchpad FFC from the cover.
4.
Remove the two (2) screws securing the TouchPad Bracket to the Upper Cover.
