Cause

Solution

The spring of the loop-sensor lever is

unhooked

Check the spring and place it in the correct position.

Replace the right door.

sensor connector

Reconnect the connectors of the duplexing media-repickup sensor (J1945),

intermediate (J1909, J1950) and the DC controller PCA (J4105).

The duplexing media-repickup sensor is

defective

Check the duplexing media-repickup sensor by the sensor monitor mode. If the

sensor is defective, replace the duplexing feed unit.

Poor contact of the duplexing repickup-motor

connector

Reconnect the connectors of the duplexing repickup motor (J1771),

intermediate (J1908, J1939, J1941) and the duplexing driver PCA (J4104).

The duplexing repickup motor is defective

Replace the duplexing feed unit.
