NOTE If you want to erase data on your device while you are still in possession of the device-for example, before you give it to someone else-don't do a remote erase. Instead, do a partial or full erase of the device itself (see Erase data and reset your device). Access to system updates: Automatic system and software updates are sent to your device. To see the email address you used when you set up your HP webOS Account, open Device Info (see View system information). What information is backed up? All data backed up to your HP webOS Account is encrypted, and only you, the profile owner, can access your data. Data in your HP webOS Account can be viewed, added to, or edited only on your device. IMPORTANT In the event that your device is lost or stolen, you can go to your HP webOS Account on hpwebos.com/account and from there erase the data on your device.
