Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Battery on page 33). Remove the USB board: 1. Release the shielding (1) that covers the USB board cable ZIF connectors on the system board. 2. Release the two ZIF connectors (2) the USB board cables are connected to, and then disconnect the USB board cables from the system board. 3. Remove Phillips M2.0 × 4.2 screw that secures the USB board bracket (3) to the bottom cover. 4. Remove the USB board bracket (4). 5. Remove the USB board (5) and cables.
