Heating and ventilation Follow these steps to maintain Heating and ventilation. 1. Clean the external heater lamps. 2. Clean the PTE. 3. Clean the Lower suction and impression ventilation. 4. Clean the ITM hood and EBV air channels and filters. (See CA493-03810 - CE Annual Preventive Maintenance). Utility cabinet Clean the cold water system inlet filter (see CA494-07860 - Operator Preventive Maintenance Procedures). Electronic cabinet Maintenance of the electronic cabinet. 1. Shut down the computer, Remove the PC cover and clean the air vents and the board's area of the computer using lint-free cloth. 2. Clean the 24V/48V power supplies air filters. Ink cabinet Maintenance of the ink cabinet. 1. Clean the IDU area, check the IDU Caps for leaks replace if necessary. 2. Perform Load Cell Calibration. (See CA493-00400 - Ink Cabinet Service) 3.
