Clean the Feeder substrate path - regitex surfaces, nips, rollers and sensors. 2. Check all sources side blowers - clean / replace if needed. 3. Check all sources feed module green belts, pulleys, drive belts, bearings, and tornados. IFR Clean the IFR sensors and substrate path area (see CA494-07860 - Operator Preventive Maintenance Procedures). Engine Follow these steps to maintain the Engine. 1. Suction cups - Check the EVR and the Duplex suction cups, replace if necessary. 2. Duplex - Clean the substrate sensors, check the duplex conveyor belts and metal guides. 3. Drums: a. Clean the IMP, ITM and PIP drums shoulders. b. Clean the Pip drum Electrometer. c. Check the PIP suction cups and replace if necessary. (See CA493-03810 - CE Annual Preventive Maintenance). 4. ILS - Clean the ILS glass. For more Troubleshooting - see CA493-04500 ILS Baseline. 5. SPM - Clean the SPM white surface and the ceramic tile. 6. Registration camera - Clean the Registration Camera Glass. 7. Charge roller: a. Check and clean the CR charge and balancing rollers. b. Check the carbon brushes, and replace if necessary. 8.
