Table 9.11 Error Messages (2 of 11) Error Code and Message 09 SCANNING FOR SSID 0A LAN ERROR NO SQE 0C LAN ERROR RECEIVER OFF 0D LAN ERROR TRANSMITTER OFF 0E LAN ERROR LOSS OF CARRIER 10 LAN ERROR UNDERFLOW 11 LAN ERROR RETRY FAULTS 12 LAN ERROR NO LINKBEAT 13 NETWORK RECONFIG - MUST REBOOT Description (802.11 Wireless) The print server is scanning on all channels for devices on the specified SSID (network name). Check your specified SSID, or check status of the Access Point (Infrastructure mode) or other wireless devices. The print server will continue to scan for the specified SSID. (Wired Ethernet) Check the network connections. If the connections are intact, run the power-on self-test: turn the printer off, then on again. If the error persists, replace the HP Jetdirect print server. There may be a problem with your network cabling or the HP Jetdirect print server. Check the cabling and connectors on your Ethernet network. If you cannot find a problem with your network cabling, run the power-on self-test: turn the printer off, then on again. If the error persists after the printer is turned on again, there is a problem with the HP Jetdirect print server. There may be a problem with your network cabling or the HP Jetdirect print server. Check the cabling and connectors on your Ethernet network. If you cannot find a problem with your network cabling, run the power-on self-test: turn the printer off, then on again.
