You will also learn how to customize the Windows CE desktop and working environment. Installing programs You can add even more functionality to your HP Jornada by installing third-party software. A wide variety of commercial software is available for Windows CE, ranging from custom business applications to system utilities to games and entertainment. Some programs are available on the HP Jornada compact disc and the Desktop Software for Microsoft Windows CE compact disc included with your HP Jornada. Other programs are available from software distributors and on the Web. You cannot run programs designed for Windows 95 or Windows NT on your HP Jornada. The only programs that will run on your HP Jornada must be designed specifically for Windows CE.
