Chapter 2 Rack Mounting the HP NetServer 3. Pull out both slides until the slide members are fully extended. See Figure 2-9. The slides click into position when locked. This locked position prevents the slides from moving back into the rack, unless the release latches are pressed as shown in Figure 2-12. 4. With the help of at least one other person, lift the HP NetServer by its four handles off the floor. 5. Move the rear of the NetServer just beyond the extended slide members. 6. Position the NetServer's channels on each side to insert the slide members into the channels. See Figure 2-10. The mounting tabs in the slides will engage the slots in the chassis. See Figure 2-11.
