If you believe you purchased a genuine HP supply, visit us at www.hp.com/go/ anticounterfeit. Any repair required as a result of using non-HP supplies or unauthorized supplies are not covered under warranty. HP cannot ensure the accuracy or the availability of certain features. To continue printing, touch OK. 10.XX.YY Supply memory error The device cannot read or write to the print cartridge e-label, or the e-label is missing from the print cartridge. Reinstall the print cartridge, or install a new HP print cartridge. 11.XX - Internal clock error To continue touch OK The device real time clock has experienced an error. Whenever the device is turned off and then turned on again, set the time and date at the control panel. See Time/Scheduling menu. If the error persists, you might need to replace the formatter. 13.XX.YY - Jam in Tray 1 Media is jammed in tray 1. Remove the jammed media from tray 1.
