You may use these buttons, along with the arrow buttons to navigate through the menus. Menu Enter q Press Menu to enter the menu. q Press Menu multiple times (or use the arrows ) to move through menu choices. Or, enter a menu item's number to get to it. q Press Enter -- to enter a submenu whose title shows on the display. -- to select a menu item that is displayed. -- to enter information you have entered on the display. -- to start printing a report showing on the display. Press 2 this many times: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 When the correct letter appears, press the right arrow once to advance the blinking cursor, then press the number corresponding to the next letter you want. To enter a symbol, such as a hyphen or parenthesis, press the Symbols button multiple times to scroll through a list of symbols. to enter the menu.

Entering text
To enter text, press keypad numbers corresponding to the letters you
need:
When the correct letter appears, press the right arrow once to advance
the blinking cursor, then press the number corresponding to the next
letter you want. Again, press multiple times until the correct letter
appears.
To insert a space, press the right arrow twice.
To erase a character or to backspace, press the left arrow.
