Clear paper jams in the output bin - 15.E1.yz; 15.C1.Az View a video demonstration When a jam occurs, the control panel displays an error message and an animation that assists in clearing the jam. Paper jams in the output bin produce either of the following error codes: ● 15.E1.yz ● 15.C1.Az Follow these steps to clear the paper jam: 1.
