Clear staple jams in the floor standing finisher (785z+ model only) The following information describes how to clear a staple jam in the floor standing finisher. When a jam occurs, the control panel displays an error message and an animation that assist in clearing the jam. NOTE: Remove all paper from the finisher output bins before separating the finisher from the printer. 1. Press the finisher release button, and then slide the finisher away from the printer.
