Lift the right side of the system board

Disconnect the optical drive connector cable (1) from the system board. 3. Remove the three Phillips M2.5×5.0 screws (2) that secure the system board to the computer. 4. Loosen the captive screw in the fan sink that secures the system board (3). 5. Lift the right side of the system board (4). 6. Release the system board by sliding it to the right at an angle (5) until the connectors on the left side of the system board clear the base enclosure, and then remove the system board.
