Launch HP SUM from the root of the ISO: • Windows: \hp\swpackages\hpsum.exe • Linux: /hp/swpackages/hpsum TIP: If you are updating only firmware or software, use a filter argument: • /romonly - With this filter switch, HP SUM only displays firmware components needed for installation. • /softwareonly - With this filter switch, HP SUM only displays software components needed for installation. 3. To review the EULA, locate Start.htm in the root of the ISO and open it in one of the supported browsers. 4. Follow the instructions on the screen. Offline mode To initiate deployment in offline mode: 1. Copy the SPP to a USB thumb drive, hard drive, or file system. When using a USB thumb drive, the ISO must be bootable.
