Configuring system services 1. Launch the Switch Admin module as described on page 36. 2. Disable the switch as described in "Enabling and disabling a switch" on page 39. 3. Click the Configure tab. 4. Click the System subtab. 5. Select the boxes next to the system services that you want to enable. Clear a box to disable a service. NOTE: Selecting the Disable RLS Probing box disables RLS probing. Clearing this box enables RLS probing. 6. Click Apply. 7. Enable the switch as described in "Enabling and disabling a switch" on page 39. Configuring ports Use the Ports tab of the Switch Admin module to perform the basic port configuration procedures described in this section. Figure 10 shows an example of the Ports tab. Configure
tab.

System
subtab.

Select the boxes next to the system services that you want to enable. Clear a box to disable a service.
NOTE:
Selecting the Disable RLS Probing box disables RLS probing. Clearing this box enables RLS
probing.

Click
Apply
.

Enable the switch as described in ”

” on page 39.
