Settings View Your Device Screen Time Digital balance enables you to learn how frequently you use different apps. The first step towards a balanced digital lifestyle is understanding more about your digital habits. Go to Settings > Digital balance > Screen time, and touch Today or Last 7 days to check the following information about your device: • Screen time • App usage • Unlocks Set Device Time for Your Child Set device screen time for your child and guide them towards a balanced digital lifestyle. 1 Go to Settings > Digital balance. 2 Select My child, and touch OK. 3 Follow the onscreen instructions to set the PIN and security question. 4 Now you can: • Touch Screen time, and set a daily screen time limit for your child when using the device. • Touch App limits, select an app for which you need to set a usage limit, and set a time limit. • Go to Away time > Add, and schedule a downtime for the device. The Digital balance PIN will be required when extending the screen time limit or making changes to the screen time management settings. To disable Digital balance, go to its home screen and touch Disable Digital balance. Posture Alerts Enable Posture alerts, and your device will notify you if poor posture is detected - for example, if you are too close to the screen, or using your device while walking. 180
