Loosen the four captured screws to remove the heat sink. All Models 10. To replace the processor and heat sink, reverse these procedures. Note: Models 742 and 782 contain a LGA 775 CPU socket. This socket contains very finely pitched pins. You must take care when servicing the CPU as any damage to the socket results in a non-functional system board.
