Assembly

ASSEMBLY Assembly requires two people. Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Assembly can be completed using the included 7/32" alien wrench 1. Tighten a Console Knob (5) into each end of the Console Crossbar (11). 1 5 11 2. Loosen the Resistance Control (43) at the lower end of the Right Upright (23) and the Left Upright (not shown). Raise the Uprights to the position shown. Hold an Upright Spacer (70) inside the bottom of the Right Upright. Insert a 3/8" x 4" Bolt (54), with an Upright Washer (53), into the lower hole near the bottom of the Right Upright and through the Upright Spacer. Using the 7/32" alien wrench, tighten the Bolt into the Frame (128). Insert a 3/8" x 4" Bolt (54), with an Upright Washer (53), into the other hole near the bottom of the Right Upright (23). Using the 7/32" allen wrench, tighten the Bolt into the Frame (128). 3. Hold an Upright Spacer (70) inside the bottom of the Left Upright (2). Insert a 3/8" x 4" Bolt (54), with an Upright Washer (53), into the lower hole near the bottom of the Left Upright and through the Upright Spacer. Using the 7/32" alien wrench, tighten the Bolt into the Frame (128). Insert a 3/8" x 4" Bolt (54), with an Upright Washer (53), into the other hole near the bottom of the Left Upright (2). Using the 7/32" allen wrench, tighten the Bolt into the Frame (128). 4. Loosen the Console Knob (5) in each end of the Console Crossbar (11). Rotate the Console (104) to the desired angle. the

wrench,
tighten
the
Bolt
into
the
Frame
(128).

Hold
an
Upright

Insert
a

x

Bolt

with
an
Upright
Washer

into
the
lower
hole
near
the
bottom
of
the

and

the

tighten
the
Bolt
into
the

tighten

Bolt

Loosen
the
Console
Knob

of
the
Console
Crossbar
(11).
Rotate
the
Console
(104)
to
the
desired
angle.
Firmly
tighten
the
Console
Knobs.
