Press down gently on the dock adapter to make sure that the docking connector on the iPod® makes contact with the docking connector on the shelf system. Note • Always set the volume to the minimum when connecting or disconnecting other equipment. • When you connect your iPod® to your shelf system, make sure you insert it all the way. Connecting to an external sound source You can listen to an external device, such as an MP3 player or other auxiliary device, through your shelf system speakers.
