Understanding the basics Turning your TV on or off To turn your TV on or off: • Slide the POWER switch. Your TV stores the information in the channel list. To automatically scan for TV channels: 1 Make sure that you have a TV antenna, cable TV, or satellite TV connected to your TV. 2 Press SCAN on the front of your TV. The following screen opens.
