When the motorized lens is used, the separately sold AC Adapter AA-P700 should be used to supply the power to the camera. Connect the [DC IN] connector on the KY-F75 to the AA-P700 using the DC power cable. Attach the clamp filter supplied with the KY-F75 to the DC power cable. ● Connect the camera cable from the lens to the [LENS] connector on the KY-F75. Connect the zoom and focus control cable from the lens to the lens remote control. ● The lens control possible with this unit is only control of the iris. Control of zoom and focus requires a separately sold lens remote control unit. Ⅵ Precautions for connection ● Do not turn the AC adapter's power switch ON or OFF, or connect or disconnect the IEEE1394 cable, while the application software [KY-LINK] is running. ● When connecting 2 or more cameras to one computer, multiple images can- 4 mm or shorter not be shown at the same time. ● When using a microscope adapter, use a 1/2" C-mount adapter fitting the microscope to be used. To reduce the risk of the adapter causing damage to the camera, use an adapter that is 4 mm shorter than the lens mount surface. E11

Control of the motorized lens is not possible when the [IEEE1394] connector is used to supply
the power.
When the motorized lens is used, the separately sold AC Adapter AA-P700 should be used to
supply the power to the camera.
Connect the [DC IN] connector on the KY-F75 to the AA-P700 using the DC power cable.
Attach the clamp filter supplied with the KY-F75 to the DC power cable.
Connect the camera cable from the lens to the [LENS] connector on the KY-F75.
Connect the zoom and focus control cable from the lens to the lens remote control.
The lens control possible with this unit is only control of the iris. Control of zoom and focus
requires a separately sold lens remote control unit.

Precautions for connection
Do not turn the AC adapter’s power switch ON or OFF, or connect or disconnect the IEEE1394
cable, while the application software [KY-LINK] is running.
When connecting 2 or more cameras to one computer, multiple images can-
not be shown at the same time.
When using a microscope adapter, use a 1/2” C-mount adapter fitting the
