CONTROL PANEL FEATURES O POWER (ON/OFF) BUTTON Press to turn the washer ON. Press again to turn the washer OFF. NOTE: Pressing the POWER button during a cycle will cancel that cycle and any load settings will be lost. The door will unlock after a brief pause unless the water level or temperature is too high. _I CYCLE MODIFIER BUTTONS Use these buttons to adjust the desired cycle options for the selected cycle. The lights above the buttons show the current selection. See page 19 for a complete description. NOTE: Not all settings are available on all cycle selections. See chart on page 14 for details. _) CYCLE SELECTOR KNOB - START/PAUSE This knob is a dual-function knob that is used both to select a cycle and to start or pause a cycle. Turn this knob to select the desired cycle. Once the desired cycle has been selected, the standard presets will be shown in the display. These settings can be adjusted using the cycle setting buttons anytime before starting the cycle. (See the cycle guide on page 14 for allowable settings. To protect your fabrics, not all settings are allowed in all cycles.) Press this knob to START the selected cycle. If the washer is running, use this knob to PAUSE the cycle without losing the current settings. NOTE: If you do not start a cycle within 4 minutes of selecting a cycle, the washer automatically turns off. MY CYCLE BUTTON Press MY CYCLE button to select your personalized cycle. Cycle selections are memorized by pressing and holding this button for 3 seconds. (See page 21 for details on personalized cycles.) _1 DELAY BUTTON Press this button to delay the start of the wash cycle. Each press of the button increases the delay time by one hour for up to 12 hours(796.4884*) and 13 hours(796.4885*). Press the Cycle Selector Knob after the delay is set to start the delay time. _I TIME AND STATUS DISPLAY The display shows the estimated time remaining, load size, cycle status, and door lock status. See page 18 for a complete description. _ICYCLE OPTION BUTTONS The option buttons allow you to select additional cycle options. See page 20 for a complete description. In addition, pressing and holding the Easy Spin button for 3 seconds activates the Clean Washer cycle. _) CANCEL/DRAIN CYCLE BUTTON Pressing this button during a cycle will cancel the cycle. The water in the drum will drain and the controls will reset to the start-up settings. 12
