OPERATING THE WASHER 0 SORT LAUNDRY AND LOAD WASHER Refer to page 15. 0 TURN ON WASHER Press the POWER button to turn on the washer. The lights around the Cycle Selector Knob will illuminate. Refer to page 12. \ _1 BEGIN CYCLE Press the Cycle Selector Knob to begin the cycle. Once the cycle has been started, pressing the Cycle Selector Knob again will pause the washer and retain the existing settings up to 8 minutes. The washer will tumble the load briefly to measure its weight. The load-sensing control will determine the load size. ...... == ...i. 0 SELECT CYCLE Turn the Cycle Selector Knob to the desired cycle. The display with show the preset Rinse/Wash Temperature, Spin Speed, Soil Level, and Option settings for that cycle. Refer to page 12. PAUSE CYCLE Press the Cycle Selector Knob to pause the cycle. ii i @ Coldl'C_ld _NoSPin i i _ Light _ Off SELECT CYCLE MODIFIERS (Wash/Rinse, Spin Speed, Soil Level, and Cycle Signal) Refer to page 19. OPTIONS i ADD DETERGENT The load-sensing lights will indicate the load size so the proper amount of detergent can be added. Refer to page 16. NOTE: You can add detergent prior to turning on the washer. However, for optimum performance, use the load-sensing function and follow the steps above.
