2 Check that LIST is selected, and then press the Select key. The list of programmed speed dial numbers and group dial numbers is displayed. 3 Press the + or , key to select the desired destination, and then press the Select key. Follow the procedure described below to search using the Search function of the phone book. 1 Press the Addressbook key four times. " The Addressbook key can be used if the main screen or Can Use AddressBook is displayed. 2 Press the + or , key to select SEARCH, and then press the Select key. A screen appears, allowing you to enter the text to be searched for. 3 Using the keypad, enter the first few characters of the name programmed for the desired recipient. " Enter the name programmed in the speed dial number or the group dial number. For details on entering text, refer to "Entering Text" on page 97. " Text up to 10 characters long can be entered. 4 Press the Select key. The number of names beginning with the text entered in step 3 is displayed.
