Job Page This page allows you to view the status of current print jobs. Active Job List (shown above) The Job - Active Job List window provides the following information for up to 49 print jobs: Item Job Number User Name File Name Job Status Create Time Delete button Description Displays the print job identification number. Each print job that the printer receives is assigned a unique identification number. If known, displays the owner of the print job. Displays the name of the print file. Displays the current status of the print job (Parsing, Printing, Cancel, or Abort). Displays the time that the job was queued. Deletes the print job(s) whose check boxes the left end are checked. 228 Viewing Printer Status
