Item Date/Time Date Format Time Zone Auto Panel Reset Panel Reset Timer Low Power Timer Sleep Rules (models for Europe)*1 Description Set the date and time for the location where you use the machine. If you perform Send as E-mail, the date and time set here will be displayed on the header. Value: Year (2000 to 2037), Month (1 to 12), Day (1 to 31), Hour (00 to 23), Minute (00 to 59), Second (00 to 59) Setting Date and Time (2-12) NOTE If you change the date/time while using the trial version of an application, you will no longer be able to use the application. Select the display format of year, month, and date. The year is displayed in Western notation. Value: MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, YYYY/MM/DD Set the time difference from GMT. Choose the nearest listed location from the list. If you select a region that utilizes summer time, configure settings for summer time. Setting Date and Time (2-12) If no jobs are run for a certain period of time, automatically reset settings and return to the default setting. Select to use Auto Panel Reset or not. Value: Off, On NOTE Refer to the following for the time until reset. Panel Reset Timer (8-58) If you select [On] for Auto Panel Reset, set the amount of time to wait before Auto Panel Reset. Value: 5 to 495 seconds (in 5 second increments) NOTE This function is displayed when [Auto Panel Reset] is set to [On]. Set amount of time before entering the Low Power mode. Value For Europe: 1 to 60 minutes (1 minute increments) Except for Europe 1 to 240 minutes (1 minute increments) NOTE Low Power Mode (2-22) Select whether to use the Sleep mode for the following functions individually: • Card Reader*2 • FAX*3 • Application Value: Off, On NOTE If the sleep condition is not turned off, the ID card cannot be recognized. 8-58
