OPERATION CONVECTION During convection cooking, a heating element is used to raise the temperature of the air inside the oven. Convection cooking temperature ranges from 225°F (105°C) to 450°F (230°C); and 100°F (40°C) may be programmed. It is best to preheat the oven when convection cooking. Example: To set the convection cooking at 325°F (160°C) for 45 minutes with preheating. Touch: Display Shows: 1. Time of day Example: To set the convection cooking at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes without preheating. Touch: Display Shows: 1. (The default temperature is 350°F [180°C].) NOTES: • When the oven reaches the set preheat temperature, five tones will sound and the oven will automatically hold that temperature for 30 minutes. • The oven temperature drops very quickly when the door is opened; however, this should not prevent food from being fully cooked during normal cooking time. - 26 -

Convection cooking temperature ranges from 225°F (105°C) to 450°F (230°C); and 100°F (40°C) may be
programmed.
It is best to preheat the oven when convection cooking.
NOTES:
• When the oven reaches the set preheat temperature,
five tones will sound and the oven will automatically
hold that temperature for 30 minutes.
• The oven temperature drops very quickly when the
door is opened; however, this should not prevent food
from being fully cooked during normal cooking time.
Example: To set the convection cooking at 325°F
(160°C) for 45 minutes with preheating.
