LPD Settings The EDS device acts as a print server if a printer gets connected to one of its serial ports. Selecting the Line Printer Daemon (LPD) link in the Main Menu displays the LPD web page. The LPD web page has three sub-menus for viewing print queue statistics, changing print queue configuration, and printing a test page. Because the LPD lines operate independently, you can specify different configuration settings for each. LPD Statistics This read-only page shows various statistics about the LPD server. To view LPD statistics for a specific LPD line: 1. Select LPD on the menu bar. The LPD web page appears. 2. Select an LPD line at the top of the page. 3. Select Statistics.
