Removing and replacing the power supply Attention Never remove the cover on a power supply or any part that has the following label attached. Hazardous voltage, current, and energy levels are present inside any component that has this label attached. There are no servicable parts inside these components. 1. Open the cover. See "Opening the cover" on page 90. 2. Remove the PCI riser. See "Removing and replacing a PCI adapter" on page 93. 3. Disconnect all power supply cables from the drives. 4. Disconnect all power supply cables from the system board. See "Identifying parts on the system board" on page 92. 5. Remove the three screws that hold the power supply in place. 6. Never
remove
the
cover
on

power
supply
or

part
that
has
the
following
label
attached.

There

no
servicable
parts
inside
these
components.
1.
Open
the
cover.

2.
Remove
the
PCI
riser.

3.
Disconnect
all
power
supply
cables
from
the
drives.
4.
Disconnect
all
power
supply
cables
from
the
system
board.

parts
on
the
system
board”
on
page
92.
5.
Remove
the
three
screws
that
hold
the
power
supply
in
place.
6.
Lift
the
power
supply
out.
