From the control panel, navigate to: Setting > > Network/Ports > > Network Overview > > Active Adapter > > Auto > Yes The problem is solved. Is the printer able to connect to the wireless network? Step 2 Check if the correct Wi‑Fi network is selected. Note: Some routers may share the default SSID. Go to step 3. Are you trying to connect to the correct Wi‑Fi network?
