Scan using the printer software 1 Make sure your printer is turned on. 2 Open the top cover. 3 Place your document face down on the scanner bed in the bottom, right corner. 4 Close the top cover. 5 Access the Scan & Copy Control Program. - For Windows: Select Start Programs Lexmark X73 Scan & Copy Control Program - For Macintosh: Select the Scan & Copy Control Program icon from your desktop. 6 Scan the document. - For Windows: Click the button that matches the destination of your scan. - For Macintosh: Select Scan Now. 9

Make sure your printer is turned on.

Open the top cover.
