Remove the jammed paper.

Open door C to remove any paper fragments.
Note:
Make sure that door C does not hit any cable attached to
the printer.

Close door C.

Flex the sheets back and forth to loosen them, and then fan them.
Do not fold or crease the paper. Straighten the edges on a level
surface.

Reload the paper.
