11 Status To view the status of the phone and extension parameters, first press the "i" button and then press "11" - or scroll down until "Status" is highlighted and then press the "select" button. This is the left soft key button. This menu displays the status parameters of the phone, which can be helpful when configuring and troubleshooting.
