CHAPTER 2 HARDWARE INSTALLATION 2.1-2 CPU Core Speed Derivation Procedure 1. The DIP switch S1 (4 & 5) is used to adjust the CPU clock frequency. S1 CPU 4 5 Clock OFF ON 66.6MHz OFF OFF 75MHz ON ON 83.3MHz ON OFF 100MHz 2. The DIP switch S1 (1, 2, and 3) is used to set the Core/Bus (Fraction) ratio of the CPU. The actual core speed of the CPU is the Host Clock Frequency multiplied by the Core/Bus ratio. CPU Core Speed Derivation Procedure
1. The DIP switch S1 (4 & 5) is used to adjust the CPU clock frequency.

The DIP switch S1 (1, 2, and 3) is used to set the Core/Bus (Fraction)
ratio of the CPU.
The actual core speed of
the CPU is the Host Clock
Frequency multiplied by the Core/Bus ratio.
For example:
