Chapter 1 MS-7760 CPU_PHASE These LEDs will change according to CPU loading. The higher the power phase number, the more reliable the power flow to the processor. CPU_SA_PHASE These LEDs indicate the current CPU System Agent power phase mode. CPU_IO_PHASE These LEDs indicate the current CPU I/O power phase mode. DrMOS_ALARM This LED will light when DrMOS overheat. DDR_PHASE These LEDs indicate the current memory power phase mode. HDD_LED This LED will flash whenever there's a disk activity. CHB/ CHD_DIMM_WARNING These LEDs will light when the installed memories in channel B (DIMM3/ DIMM4) and channel D (DIMM7/ DIMM8), which do not meet the mainboard design. 1-39

Chapter 1
CPU_PHASE
These LEDs w±ll change accord±ng to CPU load±ng. The h±gher the power phase num-
ber, the more rel±able the power flow to the processor.
CPU_SA_PHASE
These LEDs ±nd±cate the current CPU System Agent power phase mode.
CPU_IO_PHASE
These LEDs ±nd±cate the current CPU I/O power phase mode.
DrMOS_ALARM
Th±s LED w±ll l±ght when DrMOS overheat.
DDR_PHASE
These LEDs ±nd±cate the current memory power phase mode.
HDD_LED
Th±s LED w±ll flash whenever there's a d±sk act±v±ty.
CHB/ CHD_DIMM_WARNING
These LEDs w±ll l±ght when the ±nstalled memor±es ±n channel B (DIMM3/ DIMM4) and
channel D (DIMM7/ DIMM8), wh±ch do not meet the ma±nboard des±gn.
