English DVD Menu Options (continued) Down Sample You can enable and disable the digital signal for better sound output quality. A In 'Audio Setup', press to highlight { DOWN SAMPLE }, then press . { 48K } Playback a disc recorded at the sampling rate of 48kHz. { 96K } Playback a disc recorded at the sampling rate of 96kHz. This rate can only be achieved in Stereo-Classic (Flat) mode. B Press to select a setting, then press OK to confirm your selection. Downmix This option allows you to set the stereo analog output of your DVD Player. A In 'Audio Setup', press to highlight { DOWNMIX }, then press . { LT/RT } Select this option if your DVD Player is connected to a Dolby decoder. { STEREO } Select this to change channel output to stereo which delivers sound from only the two front speakers. { VSURR } Allows the DVD player to use virtual surround sound effects. B Press to select a setting, then press OK to confirm your selection TIPS: The underlined option is the factory default setting. Press to go back to previous menu item.
