Overview of your handset back Getting to know your phone For handset with base, the following five buttons are used for these tasks with the Answering Machine function. 1. Skip Backward During message playback: a) Press once to replay current message from the beginning. b) Press twice to playback the previous message. 2. Skip Forward a) During message playback: Skip forward to play the next message. 3. Play/Stop a) In idle mode: Press to playback the message. b) During message playback: Press to stop playing message. 4. Delete a) During message playback: Delete the current message. 5. Answerer On/Off a) In idle mode: Press to turn on or off the answering machine. 11
