Text & MMS Messages In addition to email, you can send and receive text (SMS) and multimedia (MMS) messages. Send Text & MMS Messages 1. Press R > Messages. 4 minutes 2. Press Menu > New > Text Message. 3. Enter the contact phone number or email address, with a semicolon (;) between multiple numbers or addresses. As you enter contacts, suggestions appear in a box below the To field. Tip: To open your contacts list, just press j when you're in the To field. 4. Press the navigation key ] down to scroll to the message field, then use the keypad to compose a message.
