About Your Phone Indication ﬂashing yellow ﬂashing red alternating yellow/green State roaming, non-home system no service text or voicemail message received Note: You can turn off the status light indicator to increase your phone's standby time (the length of time that your phone's battery retains power when the phone is turned on but is not in use). See the "Status Light" item on page 73 to turn off the status light.
