Using the Menu • In an alphabetized list, press a key multiple times to cycle through the letters on the key and highlight the closest matching list item. Entering Feature Information Features such as the phonebook and datebook require you to enter information to fill in an entry's details: Press S to scroll down to additional items. Entry Details Name:John Smith No.:2125551212 CANCEL CHANGE Highlighted item Press CANCEL (-) to exit without making changes. DONE (-) appears when you enter or edit information. Press DONE (-) to save your changes. Press CHANGE (+) to edit the selected information. • Enter numbers or text with the keypad. (See "Entering Text" on page 51.) • When an item has a list of possible values, press S to the left or right to scroll through and select a value. • When an item has a list of possible numeric values, press a number key to set the value. • If you enter or edit information and then decide that you do not want to save your changes, press O to exit without saving. 49

Features such as the phonebook and datebook require you to
enter information to fill in an entry’s details:

Enter numbers or text with the keypad. (See “Entering Text”
on page 51.)
