Sending and Receiving Calls You must turn on automatic redial to use this feature. See the "Auto Redial" item on page 73 to turn on automatic redial. When automatic redial is turned off, you can manually activate the feature to redial a phone number. When you hear a busy signal and see the Call Failed message: Press N or RETRY (+) To activate automatic redial Caller ID The calling line identification (caller ID) feature lets you see who is calling before you answer. • If the caller's name is stored in your phonebook, the phone automatically displays the name. Otherwise, the phone displays the caller's phone number. • If caller ID information is not available, your phone displays the message Incoming Call. 35
