Chapter 3 Videos, Pictures, and Music Media Files and Formats To play media, the digital entertainer must be connected to the network, and the media server software must be running. The media files can be stored on any computer on the network, or on a CD in the computer's CD drive. The media player locates the media in your library folders. Table 3-1.
