The additional tag on the traffic helps differentiate between customers in the MAN while preserving the VLAN identification of the individual customers when they enter their own 802.1Q domain. 6.3.1 dvlan-tunnel customer-id This command configures the customer identification for the Double VLAN tunnel on the specified interface. The customer ID may have the value 0 to 4095, and the default is 0.
