ProSafe® Gigabit L3 Managed Stackable Switches Software Administration Manual PIM-SM BSR Candidate Configuration To display the IPv6 PIM-SM BSR Candidate Configuration page, click Routing IPv6 Multicast PIM-SM  BSR Candidate Configuration. 1. Use Interface to select the interface for which data is to be configured. 2. Use Priority to enter the priority of C-BSR. 3. Use Hash Mask Length to enter the C-BSR hash mask length to be advertised in bootstrap messages. This hash mask length will be used in the hash algorithm for selecting the RP for a particular group. The valid values are from 0 to 128. Default value is 126. Table 75. Field IP Address Next bootstrap Message Next Candidate RP Advertisement Description Displays the IP address of the Elected BSR.
