Upgrade firmware as needed so that discovery can locate the access point. - The wireless management system located a NETGEAR access point that is not supported or located a NETGEAR device that is not an access point. See Using Discovery OUI on page 62. Adding Access Points After the wireless management system discovers the access points, add them so that they can be managed by the wireless management system. 1. If discovery results show unknown access points, it could be due to these reasons:
