The Set-up Menu Date Date This option is used to set the camera clock. This option is available after you have set the camera clock when using your camera for the first time. For more information on setting the camera clock, see "First Steps: Basic Setup" (Q 14). If you select (travel destination time zone), the time difference is automatically calculated and the date and time in the selected region are displayed. 1 Press the multi selector up or down to highlight or , then press I (the center of the multi selector). Press the multi selector down to highlight DaylightSaving and press I. The h icon is displayed. Selecting daylight saving time automatically advances the time one hour. This option is used to set the camera clock.

The camera clock is less accurate than most watches or household clocks. Check the clock regularly
against more accurate timepieces and reset as necessary.
