Recording Movies in Slow Motion and Fast Motion (HS Movie) Enter shooting mode M tap F M D menu icon M Movie options Movies recorded using HS movie can be played back in slow motion at 1/4 or 1/2 of the normal playback speed, or in fast motion at twice the normal playback speed. 1 Tap an HS movie option (A117). • After applying the option, tap S to return to the shooting screen. Movie options 720/30p iFrame 720/30p 480/30p HS 480/4× HS 720/2× HS 1080/0.5× 2 Press the b (movie-record) button to start recording. • The camera starts recording an HS movie when the Open with HS footage option in the movie menu is set to On, or a normal speed movie when it is set to Off. • The camera switches between normal speed movie recording and HS movie 5s recording each time the switch HS/HD icon is tapped. Movies recorded using HS movie can be played back in slow motion at 1/4 or
