Special Effects Mode (Applying Effects When Shooting) Effects can be applied to images during shooting. Enter shooting mode M tap the shooting mode icon M R Special effects mode M select an effect M tap I Type O Soft* (default setting) P Nostalgic sepia* F High-contrast monochrome* x High key y Low key Description Softens the image by adding a slight blur to the entire image. Adds a sepia tone and reduces the contrast to simulate the qualities of an old photograph. Changes the image to black and white and gives it sharp contrast. Gives the entire image a bright tone. Gives the entire image a dark tone. I Selective color Creates a black and white image in which only the specified color remains. l Pop Increases the color saturation of the entire image to create a bright look. Z Super vivid m Toy camera effect 1* n Toy camera effect 2* Increases the color saturation of the entire image and sharpens the contrast. Gives the entire image a yellowish hue and darkens the image periphery. Decreases the color saturation of the entire image and darkens the image periphery. o Cross process Gives the image a mysterious appearance based on a specific color. b Mirror* Creates a bilaterally symmetric image whose right half is an inverted mirror image of the left half. * Certain Movie options (A116) are not available.
