Step 1 Turn the Camera On Turning the Camera On and Off • The power-on lamp will light in green briefly then turn off, and then the monitor will turn on. • To turn off the camera, press the power switch. When the camera turns off, the power-on lamp and the display turn off. • To turn on the camera and switch to playback mode, press and hold the c (playback) button. The lens will not extend. Turning the Camera On and Off
The power-on lamp will light in green briefly then turn off, and then the monitor
will turn on.
To turn off the camera, press the power switch. When the camera turns off, the
power-on lamp and the display turn off.
To turn on the camera and switch to playback mode, press and hold the

(playback) button. The lens will not extend.

Power Saving Function (Auto Off)
If no operations are performed for a while, the monitor will turn off, the camera will enter standby
mode, and the power-on lamp will blink. If no operations are performed for another three minutes,
the camera will turn off automatically.
You can turn the monitor back on while the camera is in standby mode by performing any of the
following:
